Little is known about this Elusive Fey.
I've been in search of her for some time, having read about her escapades back in the 1920's in the Baggaraggs Speak Easy. Her smokey eyes and saucy headwear are a nod to her favorite dance, The Charleston.
Putnam is made in the typical Baggaraggs fashion with sewn on hair and a sewn in nose
Her wings are gently painted ribbon roses. This sultry Fey is 10 inches tall.
